In the food industry, humidity control is very important. For example, if the food is in a humid environment for a long time, it may be contaminated by moulds, which will lead to exceeding the total number of food colonies, and thus affect the quality and safety of the food. In addition, humidity control can help keep food fresh and extend its shelf life.
Rotor dehumidifier is a kind of efficient humidity control equipment, its working principle is mainly to use the high efficiency silica gel or molecular sieve adsorbent material in the rotor to dehumidify the humid air through physical adsorption. The application scenarios of rotor dehumidifier are very diverse, and it is used in many aspects of food production. It can not only help control the humidity of food production and storage environment to ensure the quality and safety of food, but also help food to keep fresh and prolong its shelf life.
Food Raw Material Drying
In the food processing industry, rotary dehumidifiers are commonly used to dry food raw materials, such as grains, dried fruit, etc., to remove moisture from the raw materials to ensure product quality and shelf life.
Food storage environment humidity control
Rotor dehumidifiers are used in food storage environments to control humidity, prevent food from absorbing moisture or deteriorating, and maintain food quality.
Air-drying Food Processing
In air-drying food processing, rotary dehumidifiers can help control air humidity, speeding up food drying and improving production efficiency.
Preventing Humidity in Food Processing Equipment
In food processing, rotary dehumidifiers can be used to keep the environment around the equipment dry, preventing the equipment from moisture and prolonging the life of the equipment.
Control humidity in food production environment
In the food production workshop, the rotor dehumidifier can control the air humidity, providing a suitable production environment, which is conducive to food processing and quality control.
A rotor dehumidifier is a device that dehumidifies by physical adsorption using high efficiency silica gel or molecular sieve adsorbent materials in a rotor. The core component is a rotating rotor, usually made of temperature resistant materials such as glass fibre, impregnated with moisture absorbing materials such as high efficiency silica gel or molecular sieve inside. The rotor rotates slowly during the dehumidification process and is divided into a treatment zone and a regeneration zone. When humid air passes through the treatment zone, water vapour is adsorbed by the moisture-absorbing material on the rotor to achieve dehumidification. Subsequently, the rotor enters the regeneration area, through the high-temperature air blowing back over the rotor, so that the adsorbed water evaporation, to restore the moisture-absorbing capacity of the rotor, to complete the regeneration process. The whole system of rotor dehumidifier produced by our company adopts low wind resistance air treatment structure, low energy consumption technology design and full-automatic control that can detect any point of the system data according to the site requirements of the working conditions to automatically adjust the operating parameters, make full use of the unit's special box space to make the whole system of balanced airflow, low operating noise, stable system operation, low operating costs, high efficiency of the unit, failure rate of ≤ 1 per cent.
