The production process of lithium batteries has very high requirements on the humidity of the environment, the production of lithium batteries must be carried out in a controlled dry environment, in lithium-ion battery manufacturing (<1%RH) and battery assembly (<10%RH), if the required relative humidity can not be maintained, it may lead to the following consequences:

Rotor:
The rotor of Geruin low dew point rotor dehumidifier is silica gel and molecular sieve composite rotor, generally adopting double rotor system, the air passes through the pre-desiccant of the first rotor, and then passes through the second rotor after the surface cooling and cooling down, to reach to the working condition required by the customers. After two treatments, the dew point of the air supply can reach -70℃. The rotor adopts the heat recovery process, adopts the latest technology way of recycling the regeneration wind and part of the regeneration wind which is greatly reduced than before, and the regeneration energy consumption of the equipment is more than 10% lower than that of the same equipment in China.
Fan:
The dehumidifier blower supply fan adopts frequency conversion fan, which can automatically adjust the air volume and regeneration temperature according to the operation mode of different seasons, and the energy consumption will also be automatically adjusted according to the different air volume and regeneration temperature, so as to match the different air volume with the most appropriate energy consumption, and minimize the energy consumption;
The whole aerodynamic system adopts 1+2 fan mode, single regeneration fan, double processing fan, the whole airflow system will not exceed 1000Pa wind pressure at any point, which can minimize the leakage.
Structure:
Specially designed modularized functional area, easy to disassemble and assemble, in line with the needs of ocean transportation. Using the latest patented technology of two-layer (inside and outside) of the anti-cold bridge without frame structure, in order to ensure the overall strength of the equipment at the same time, but also greatly reduce the loss of energy and equipment leakage rate, the frame structure links with good resilience and elasticity, sealing degree of sealing strips, the frame using wedge-shaped connection to reduce the transfer of heat and cold at the same time, sealing is also a reliable guarantee. The maintenance door adopts a smaller doorway to reduce the length of the sealing required. This can effectively reduce the equipment air leakage.
PLC control:
The dehumidifier control system adopts PLC+touch screen+sensor (dew point meter) for automatic control of temperature and humidity, only need to press the on/off key, the unit will be able to automatically regulate the operation, automatically adjust the regenerative heating auto-control valve, ice and water auto-control valve, energy-saving operation, and touch screen switching in winter and summer modes.
The unit has the function of detecting and displaying the parameters of each functional area: it can display the return air temperature, dew point, fresh air temperature and humidity, front surface cooling temperature, rear surface cooling temperature, regenerative heating temperature and filter differential pressure. It has alarm display and operation condition monitoring.
Remote control:
The dehumidifier unit is reserved for remote monitoring and control interface. Dehumidifier can be connected to the industrial control system, you can remotely realize the dehumidifier parameter modification, monitoring the operating status, alarm display and other control, the dehumidifier's operating data can be automatically saved for 7 days, in the case of external memory, you can store years of operating data.
